Maya and Ala Goodman began to work together on building and renovation projects in 2011. As husband and wife, we love working together in realizing ideas, and bringing projects to the highest potential. That journey of just an idea, to all the physical and logistical steps, lots of human collaboration, then maximizing the idea along the way to make it the best is very gratifying and fulfilling to both of us.
Maya brings 2 decades of experience in all things building related. Over time, he has gained experience in many construction trades, giving him a wide scope of knowledge and seamless integration of all parts of the building process. Maya has a great knack for engineering, enabling him to simultaneously get very detail oriented along every step, and to keep on orienting the current piece in the big picture. Ala loves to infuse every project with a detailed design developed with the client. She works diligently along the way to make sure that the final product feels and looks like what the client dreamed of and more. She is passionate about living spaces possessing an interior design. When done well, it's an enhancement to the person or people utilizing it on a much deeper level than just new looks. It is a coming home inside, in sync with clarity, expansion, and serenity. Maya and Ala enjoy raising their boys on a homestead in the Sierra Nevada foothills. Some of their hobbies include gardening, cooking, raising animals, music and hiking. It is an honor to serve the mountain community and the valley in helping create great living spaces . | ||
